On Friday, Nov. 13, Chris Praedel of Western Michigan University’s Office of Development and Alumni Relations shared insights into creating the ideal customer experience through event planning.
Praedel provided examples of how to foster lasting relationships based on his own experience, including the recent opening of Heritage Hall at WMU. Details make the difference, Pradel explained. He said leaving a lasting impression doesn’t require money, but it does require creativity and a focus on what you want guests to experience at your event.
